Relocation services in Denmark

Your next chapter
starts in Denmark.

A new job, a family move or an international hire can involve several different Danish authorities and service providers. Relocate to Denmark helps organise the immigration, registration and practical tasks relevant to your move, so you understand what needs to happen and who needs to act.

EU residence registration

If you are relocating under EU residence rules, we help prepare the information relevant to your residence basis and explain how registration connects with your arrival plans. Family members and Nordic citizens can require a different approach, so we start with your circumstances.

CPR registration

Preparing for civil registration involves more than knowing the name of a form. We help organise the relevant identification, residence and address information and clarify the process for the municipality or International Citizen Service handling your registration.

For individuals & families

Support for individuals and families

You may have an employer arranging part of your relocation while you organise the rest yourself. You may be moving alone, joining a partner or bringing children. We start by separating what is already arranged from what remains outstanding, then propose focused support or a coordinated package.

This helps you avoid paying for overlapping services or preparing documents for the wrong process. If family members are joining you later, include their circumstances in the enquiry so the proposed service can reflect the whole move.

For companies & HR teams

Relocation support for companies and HR teams

An international hire creates tasks for both the employee and the employer. We help establish who provides each document, how immigration work connects to arrival preparations and which updates your HR team needs. The proposed scope can cover one employee or a repeat-hire arrangement.

Your company retains responsibility for recruitment and employment decisions. Our role is to coordinate the agreed relocation work, give employees clear instructions and identify outstanding actions before they become last-minute surprises.

A clear way forward

How your enquiry becomes
a relocation plan.

Understand the work involved before you commit.

01

Tell us your circumstances

First, share your nationality, reason for moving and intended arrival, or tell us about the employees your company is relocating. We identify the relevant questions before requesting sensitive documents.

02

Agree the scope and quotation

Next, receive a proposed scope and quotation. We explain the tasks included, any work required from you or your employer, and external costs that need separate consideration.

03

Prepare and coordinate

Once the service is agreed, we help prepare and coordinate the specified work. Authority decisions, appointment availability and provider processing remain outside our control, but the outstanding tasks and next actions should be clear.

Frequently asked
questions.

Ask about your situation

Yes. You can ask for help with a single registration, preparation for an application or a coordinated move. For example, your employer may have arranged the immigration work while you still need help preparing for CPR registration and getting established in Denmark.

Tell us what is already complete, who is handling the other tasks and where you need support. We use that information to propose a defined service, explain any dependencies and provide a written quotation before you decide to proceed.

Yes. We support individuals arranging their own move and employers relocating international employees. For an individual, the starting point is your circumstances, family plans and the tasks you want help with. For a company, we also clarify the employer’s responsibilities, employee communication and the updates HR needs.

Choose the individual or company enquiry form and describe the planned move. If an employer will fund some services while you pay for others, we can separate the scope and invoicing so everyone knows what has been agreed.

Our fee reflects the work you ask us to carry out: the relevant process, number of people, documents to review and coordination required. Preparing one registration is different from supporting an employee and accompanying family through several stages of a move.

After reviewing your enquiry, we provide a written quotation explaining the included tasks, your responsibilities and any limits on follow-up. Authority fees, translations and other external expenses are identified separately where relevant. Sending an initial enquiry does not commit you to purchasing a package.
