Privacy policy
How we handle personal information from individuals, families, employees and business contacts.
1. Who to contact
Relocate to Denmark is being established as a Danish ApS. During this website review, the business and privacy contact is Fatih Coskun, Strandesplanaden 110, 2665 Vallensbæk, Denmark. CVR/VAT registration is pending.
Contact info@relocatetodenmark.com or +45 31 21 81 78 about your information, an enquiry or this policy. Once incorporation is completed, the registered legal entity and its details will replace the business-in-formation information.
2. Information collected through the website
An individual enquiry may include your name, email address, optional telephone number, nationality, country of residence, reason for moving, job-offer status, intended arrival, city, family circumstances and support requested. A corporate enquiry may include company and contact details, employee numbers, proposed dates, roles and nationalities.
We also record the enquiry reference and submission date. The hosting platform may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. We do not ask for passport scans, residence cards, CPR numbers, banking details or detailed sensitive records in the initial form.
3. Why the information is used
We use enquiry information to understand the request, clarify the assistance available, communicate with the person making the enquiry and prepare a proposed service scope. Information relevant to a prospective individual contract is handled to take steps requested before that contract. Business-contact information and website security rely on the appropriate legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure service.
No enquiry is added automatically to a newsletter or advertising list. We do not sell enquiry information. This website does not make automated immigration or service-eligibility decisions.
4. Information about employees and family members
Provide only the information needed for the initial enquiry. If you contact us about another person, make sure you are entitled to share their information and that they know the purpose of the enquiry. An employer should not assume it can access every personal or family detail.
Before case handling starts, the necessary information, relevant authorisation, recipient arrangements and secure collection method must be agreed. Sensitive information and personal identification numbers require their own appropriate safeguards and legal basis; a general enquiry does not authorise their collection.
5. Access and recipients
Enquiries are stored in the website’s server-side database. The website is publicly accessible. Access to the management and hosting account is restricted to the owner. Website hosting is provided through ChatGPT Sites and its hosting infrastructure; provider arrangements and any international-transfer safeguards must be documented for the final operational service.
For a commissioned case, information may need to be provided to the relevant authority or expressly agreed service provider. The specific recipients and purpose should be explained in the case scope. We do not treat an employer, referral partner or other third party as entitled to personal information simply because they introduced or paid for the service.
6. Retention and security
Enquiries are retained while the request is being assessed and while follow-up, an agreement or a dispute makes the information relevant. Records should then be deleted or reduced when the purpose no longer requires them, subject to applicable legal recordkeeping duties. A final retention schedule for enquiries, case documents and accounts must be confirmed before live operations.
You can request deletion of enquiry information through the privacy contact. We use restricted access and a limited initial form; do not email passwords, login approvals or sensitive documents without instructions.
7. Your rights
Depending on the applicable rules and circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information and object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some rights are subject to conditions or legal exceptions.
Send a request to info@relocatetodenmark.com and describe the information or enquiry involved. We may need proportionate identity verification before disclosing information. You may also raise a concern or complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
8. Cookies, external links and changes
No analytics or advertising tags are enabled in this version. The cookie policy explains the current website technology. Official-resource links lead to separate websites with their own policies.
We will update this notice if the company identity, service processes or website tools change. The published policy should match the actual handling of personal information.
